Open this portal from the TMC website login first.
This page needs a verified Mobile LTSM session. Go back to the TMC homepage, open Mobile LTSM Portal, enter your TMC account email and verify the code.
School QR codes will later open this same page with the school access code already attached.
Use this phone as the LTSM scanner.
This portal is where teachers will scan TMC textbook codes, issue resources, retrieve books, update condition, and complete stock checks according to their TMC access.
Choose an LTSM operation
Start the scanner, issue or retrieve textbooks, request barcode labels, or open the live annual reports. Condition checks and stock-count tools remain available inside the scanner workspace.
Textbook lifecycle reporting
Use the same Mobile LTSM records you create while issuing, checking and retrieving textbooks. Reports remain grouped by academic year so you can follow each learner and textbook from issue to year-end return.
Choose how you want to inspect the year
Move between physical copies, learners, titles, subjects, grades and condition groups without leaving the report.

Prioritise unusable, lost and severely damaged copies first; keep repairable copies separate for maintenance.
Reset annual LTSM activity
This reset is for clearing the selected year's scan/report activity so you can restart a demonstration from issuing textbooks. The resource master and QR/barcode registry must remain intact.
Scan books continuously
Keep the camera open while checking a learner's textbooks. Each TMC QR/barcode is confirmed against the server, added to this learner's check session, and can be updated with a condition before you move to the next learner.
Choose the term, then choose the learner
Only learners with textbooks issued in the selected academic year are listed. TMC will use the learner's issued copies as the expected books for this term check.
